Lobster Bib

I scanned a lobster bib i got at the excellent Vietnamese restaurant PPQ Dungeness Island. Yes, I am aware that this fine crab restaurant hands out lobster bibs, but who cares, the food is amazing. If you like spending more money on crab and you feel like going to the original, you can go to Thanh Long, which supposedly has a super secret kitchen just for the preparation of their garlic noodles.
