This person probably has way too much time on their hands. The person responsible for this site seems to have created elaborate Johnny Depp related stories and photographs. Often a small chipmunk(?) is included.
If you can firgure out what the hell is going on, please let me know.

The Johnny Depp figure is obviously a pirate dressing like a hen. You can tell the rooster is quite angry perhaps questioning the chipmunks nature and why the hen stayed out so late. In Japan chipmunks that wear red dog collars signify defiance, rebellion and creative expression. Chipmunks that wear blue or brown collars are typically more conservative.
